Facilities Use Request
Payson United Methodist Church allows groups to use our buildings and facilities for meetings and special events. To schedule the building and ensure it is maintained we ask persons and organizations to submit a Facility Use Request Form. You may obtain a copy of the form in the office or on this page. Please complete the form and return in person or by email to the church office. Please direct questions to the Office Manager.
