Weaving mats for homeless persons
Every Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Weaving room (204)

There are two looms. Plastic grocery bags are cut and woven on the looms to make sleeping mats for Payson’s homeless population. They provide a cushion for the hard ground and a barrier to ground moisture.  The congregation  contributes their used grocery bags and the finished mats are distributed through local food banks.  Everyone is welcome to attend and help!
